WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS MEDICINE

You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to donepezil.

HOW TO USE AND STORE THIS MEDICINE

Tablets:

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.

Make sure your doctor knows if you are taking ketoconazole (Nizoral®), quinidine (Quinaglute®, Cardioquin®), phenytoin (Dilantin®), carbamazepine (Tegretol®), dexamethasone (Decadron®), rifampin (Rifadin®), phenobarbital, Bentyl®, Cystospaz®, scopolamine (Transderm Scop®), atropine, Donnatal®, orphenadrine (Norflex®), or bethanechol (Urecholine®).

Taking donepezil with aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil®), and arthritis medicine (such as Naprosyn®, Indocin®, or Feldene®) may increase the risk of developing stomach ulcers.
